This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a procedurally oriented mindset. Candidates must follow and complete paperwork requirements, question any deviations or unclear procedures, and maintain a craftsmanship mentality.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform assembly tasks with precision.
• Question the smallest cosmetic or measurement detail to ensure quality.
• Follow procedures strictly; ask for clarification if unclear.
• Cross-train in multiple areas, including:
  • Part marking
  • Machine Center
  • Drill Center
  • Rivet Insertion
  • Deburr
• Interpret aerospace drawings and complete basic specification training requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Selected candidate will be asked to pass a battery of tests.
• Good attendance is required.
