This position reports to the Director of Strategic Programs and is part of the Aerospace Strategic Programs team located in New Port Richey, Florida. It is an on-site role requiring access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon obtaining necessary employment visa and export authorization, including an export license if required.

About the Role

Support the Pall Aerospace business unit by enabling product development project success through data analytics, process improvement, and execution of established governance. Own the standard work for project-critical tools, including their use, analysis, and continuous improvement. Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management. Lead lower-risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects.
  • Own the standard work for project-critical tools, including their use, analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management.
  • Lead lower-risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills for a future Project Manager role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases).
  • Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge of Earned Value Management.
  • Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% globally, including overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a top Aerospace OEM organization.
