PMO Analyst (Aerospace, Data Analytics, SAP, Accolade)

About the role

The Aerospace PMO Analyst supports Project and Program managers with project financial management, project tracking and reporting, and reviews data analytics and insights at the portfolio level. This role also involves governance support and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily management rhythms and the tactical execution of active projects.
• Serves as the focal point for the Product Development portfolio with responsibility for Earned Value Management.
• Leads lower-risk projects to build project management capability and develop skills in preparation for a future Project Manager role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field required.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills (spreadsheets, databases).
• Prince 2 or PMP project management certification, with particular knowledge with Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization is required.
• Ability to travel – with approximately 10% travel, overnight globally.
• Experience of working in a top Aerospace OEM organization is a plus.

Skills

• Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills.
• Prince 2 or PMP project management certification.
