Aerospace Hydraulics Planner (AEROS006324)

PURPOSE & SCOPE

Responsible for planning and scheduling jobs in the factory within standard practice, policy and SC&A Code of Ethics. The responsibilities will be focused on the planner’s value stream product line. Refer to the Quality Manual for additional responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety is the foundation of daily work through vigilance and accountability
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
• Responsible for capacity analysis and material requirements planning
• Reviews demand to determine quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority
• Interface with Procurement and Production on material status and scheduling issues
• Aid in maintaining accuracy of the database
• Analysis Support – shipment plans, changes and effects, gross margin, cycle time, etc.

Job Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Associate’s degree at a minimum
• 4-8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or related field
• Experience with production control, expediting, ERP systems, and MS Office applications
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred, APICS/ ASCM Certification
