Aviation Planner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Planner to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. The successful candidate will support existing aviation planning work and pursue new projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete airport planning tasks, master plans, airport layout plans, air space studies, terminal planning, and related items.
• Participate in the NEPA process.
• Planning activities in support of final design projects.
• Knowledge of aviation market in Alaska, including client relationships and past project experience.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• AAAE Certified Member
• Relationships and a history of working with the Alaska DOT&PF

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning or closely related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience with transportation planning
• MS Office, CAD, ArcInfo/ArcView

Preferred Qualifications
