AEM Content Specialist (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Architect digital content requirements to execute seamlessly across enterprise web properties, maximizing user engagement and site performance.
• Partner consultatively with cross-functional business leads to troubleshoot, evaluate, and resolve complex digital content challenges.
• Formulate governance best practices and standardized procedural documentation to improve workflow efficiency and CMS operational standards.
• Analyze emerging technology trends and compliance requirements to proactively optimize multi-channel marketing content delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated content management and web authoring experience.
• Advanced expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital asset management systems.
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, cross-channel web projects within deadline-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; exceptional collaborative communication skills.
