About the Role

The Web Content Specialist (Hybrid) position is based in Raleigh, NC and is part of the Marketing department. This is a hybrid position requiring employees to live within commutable distance to the office.

Responsibilities

• Create and update ad landing pages, microsites, and product pages
• Maintain product information databases
• Improve search engine optimization
• Work closely with Extron's international localization teams
• Initiate, troubleshoot, and resolve content issues
• Provide top-level support for Extron’s internal Sales, Marketing, and Translation teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Familiarity with localization best practices and international language structures
• Proficiency working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL Server/T-SQL
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and web design experience (a plus)
• Familiarity with enterprise localization tools (a plus)
• Able to work well in a team-oriented environment and adhere to pre-existing guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
• Able to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
• Customer-centric approach

Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages is not required
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote and office setting
