AEM Admin Technical manager

Location: New York City, NY

About the role

Experienced hands-on execution, validation, and maintenance of multilingual web content across our website using our Content Management System (CMS) built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM); Digital Asset Management (DAM); and custom web tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing, localization, and IT teams to implement requested updates to web content
• Authoring, validating, and submitting content for localization
• Uploading and organizing assets
• Performing QA across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent high‑quality user experience
• Troubleshoot issues within the CMS, including component behavior, layout problems, and publishing errors
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve QA processes, and enhance how AEM is utilized

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Proven ability to troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues within AEM
• Strong attention to detail with experience performing QA across multiple browsers and devices
• Experience managing updates for multilingual websites and supporting localized content workflows
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) for asset publishing and validation
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, localization, and IT teams
• Experience supporting web releases or sprint‑based publishing schedules
• Familiarity with issue tracking or project management tools
• Initiative in identifying and improving inefficient workflows or tooling
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and cross‑functional collaboration
