Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control requirements
- Parenth with executive leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Drive process improvements and accounting efficiencies across the organization
- Support audits, tax compliance, and external reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- AEC industry experience required
- Deltek Vantagepoint experience required
- Strong understanding of project accounting, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition
- Experience leading accounting teams and improving processes
- CPA preferred but not required
