The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Providing patient education and counseling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current license to practice nursing in the state
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
