About the role
The full-time Selling Team Leader is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy, leading store operations, and training a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by maximizing productivity and building guest loyalty.
- Analyze reporting and trends to make strategic business decisions.
- Develop and execute short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
- Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values.
- Recruit and hire strong talent, and train and develop your team.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining visual standards and ensuring Fitting Rooms are ready for guests.
- Ensure store safety and adherence to AEO policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Led teams in a retail management role previously.
- Multi-talented with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Business acumen and understanding of employment law.
- Flexible availability to work when guests shop.
