About the role

The full-time Selling Team Leader is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. The role involves training and coaching the team to achieve high performance and delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.

  • Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions.

  • Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.

  • Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values.

  • Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.

  • Train and develop the team to ensure they provide outstanding service.

  • Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready.

  • Maintain store safety standards, adhere to AEO policies, and do the right thing.

Requirements

  • A passion for driving sales and a history of leading teams in a retail management role.

  • Attention to detail and strong priority-setting and time management skills.

  • A general understanding of employment law and business acumen.

  • Flexible availability to work when guests shop.
