About the role
We’re looking for a highly execution-oriented Account Executive to help scale our pipeline operations and drive qualified deals to completion at Omnistrate.
You will work closely with the founders to help build repeatable sales playbooks, grow our go-to-market function, and help scale them over time.
You will own the business side of the sales cycle—partnering with our technical founders and engineering teams to guide opportunities from initial interest through evaluation, commercial discussions, and deal closure. While the technical team leads product conversations, you will be responsible for driving deal momentum and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Business Cycle: Drive progression, negotiation, and closing across active, qualified pipeline deals.
- Partner with Tech Leaders: Work directly with founders and technical leads to align Omnistrate’s value proposition with the needs of engineering, product, and platform teams.
- Manage Outbound & Re-engagement: Run highly personalized conversations across email and LinkedIn, and aggressively re-engage stalled or nurture-stage opportunities.
- Support Founder-Led Sales: Coordinate high-stakes meetings, demos, and follow-ups alongside the founding team.
- Optimize GTM Experiments: Test, iterate, and refine messaging, outbound systems, and sales workflows in real-time.
- Maintain Revenue Hygiene: Keep CRM data accurate and ensure pipeline progression is predictable.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in B2B tech sales, GTM, growth, or customer-facing startup roles (ideally working with developer tools, infrastructure, or technical B2B SaaS).
- The "Startup Mindset": You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a strong bias toward execution. You prefer building the playbook to just reading one.
- Technical Literacy: You can speak confidently with highly technical buyers (Engineering Directors, Product Managers, Platform Architects).
- Exceptional Written Communication: You write clear, concise, and compelling copy for technical audiences.
- High Ownership: You don't let deals drop. You are highly organized, process-oriented, and relentless with follow-ups.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and multi-cloud strategies.
