AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Trains and coaches the Floorset team, sets clear productivity goals, and ensures all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• Ensures the store stays in top shape by owning day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Games plans with leadership and takes action on merchandising opportunities.
• Maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the team understands these responsibilities.
• Promotes a culture of recognition and celebrates wins with the team.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies and procedures.

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Has a history of retail work.
• Has flexible availability.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
