AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)
About the role
The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right-hand person in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. Expertise in executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, along with ensuring the store is "guest ready," is key.
Responsibilities
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
- Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
- #Own daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
- Ensure the merchandising team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
- Support the team in maintaining a culture of recognition and celebrating wins.
- Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Love for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in retail merchandising and visual skills.
