AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right-hand person in ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. The role involves executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store stays in tip-top shape.
• Game plan with leadership and take action on merchandising opportunities.
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience, championing a culture of recognition, and celebrating wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Have flexible availability, being there to move product early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
• Have attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with priority-setting and time management being strong suits.
• Be committed to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
