AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage day-to-day merchandising, and ensure the store is always "guest ready."

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drives killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Owns day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.
• Ensures the merchandising team prioritizes the guest experience and champions a culture of recognition.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Has attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Has flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Pay

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location. Paid sick leave and AEO rewards may be provided based on eligibility and discretion.
