AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. They lead the Floorset team, manage merchandising and replenishment, and foster a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by maintaining AEO Brand Standards.
• Executes and trains the Floorset team to achieve Floorset standards.
• Ensures the store is always in top shape through merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies.
• Supports the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands and maintains AEO Brand Standards.
• Promotes a culture of recognition and celebrates team wins.

Requirements

• Loves AE and Aerie products.
• Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Has flexible availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Has retail merchandising and visual skills.
• Has relevant experience in retail work.
