AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader is the Merchandising Team Leader's right-hand person, ensuring the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards. The role involves executing effective Floorsets, managing marketing and merchandising updates, and ensuring the store is "guest ready" through effective replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is representative of AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store are effectively executed to Floorset standards.
• #Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store stays in tip-top shape.
• Ensure the merchandising team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Ensure the merchandising team's #1 priority is always the guest experience. Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team!

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
• Have flexible availability, being there to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
• Have attention to detail and priority-setting and time management skills.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
