AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

About the role

The Merchandise Leader ensures the store adheres to AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective Floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Supports driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Trains and coaches the Floorset team, sets productivity goals, and ensures all areas meet Floorset standards.
• Ensures the store stays in top shape through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Owns merchandising opportunities and collaborates with leadership to implement changes.
• Maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Champions a culture of recognition and celebrates team wins.
• Maintains store safety standards and adheres to AEO policies and procedures.
