Advokát/ka IT IP a GDPR

About the role

We are looking for a colleague with a genuine interest in IT/IP law and GDPR, previous experience in these areas, and a desire for continuous learning. You will provide high-quality strategic advice that truly helps clients, with the opportunity to manage your own cases independently. A sense of humor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating, and revising a wide range of IT/IP and GDPR-related contracts
• Handling regulatory issues related to digital technologies, including setting up compliance frameworks for clients
• Providing strategic advice tailored to each client's individual needs

Requirements

• Genuine interest in the field, willingness to continuously learn and keep up with rapidly changing regulations, and commitment to providing quality client service
• Previous experience in IT/IP law and GDPR
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (revising English-language contracts is a daily task)
• High-level written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients
• Responsibility, diligence, thoroughness, and the ability to organize your work effectively
