About the role
The Advocate Supervisor supports CASA of Winnebago County, a nonprofit organization that advocates for abused and neglected children in the Juvenile Court system. They oversee case management for community volunteers and assist the Training Coordinator with the training process and retention efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management supervision to community volunteers
- Assist the Training Coordinator with the training process and retention efforts
- Support the CASA Program Director, other staff, volunteers, and the general community to support CASA's mission
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- College graduate and/or industry-related education or experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with children and families in a social service setting is a plus

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
