About the Role

We are looking for a valued employee to join our Advisor Website Services team. You will work closely with business partners on issues related to our Advisor Website and other digital experiences. This role is not centered on software development, but rather on support, problem-solving, and delivering a high level of service to our business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Advisors, staff, and other business partners, requiring excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain high levels of service by assisting business partners with cases, calls, and requests.
  • With guidance, learn, understand, and support Principal systems and web applications to provide top service to business partners.
  • Understand how systems integrate with each other.
  • Focus on growing new skills, learning existing tools, resources, and processes.
  • Effectively deliver information in an understandable and appropriate manner between customers and engineers to resolve web and/or data-related issues.
  • Own processes and issues, seeing them through to resolution, which may include researching and recommending solutions for web and/or data issues.
  • Begin gaining an understanding of services the team is accountable to maintain.
  • Provide input to the team while working on web and/or data-related topics.
  • Stay current and engaged on industry trends.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
  • May be required to provide on-call support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preference in MIS, business, or related field).
  • Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to understand and embrace change.

Pay

Salary ranges reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Actual compensation will be based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level.

Salary Range: $62,000 - $74,000 / year

Schedule

This role is located in Des Moines and offers a hybrid work arrangement (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek). During the training period, the role will be in the office 5 days/week. Hours covered are 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT.
