Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Navigate clients through their benefit options with expert guidance
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle inquiries and issues related to benefits
- Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Social Work, etc.) or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of benefits administration and healthcare systems
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
