Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Navigate clients through their benefit options with expert guidance
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle inquiries and issues related to benefits
  • Support clients in making informed decisions about their benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Social Work, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of benefits administration and healthcare systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage difficult situations professionally
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
