Responsibilities

• Lead telecom and SaaS solution implementations from start to finish
• Oversee customer engagement and value realization metrics
• Coordinate provisioning and integration across teams
• Drive projects independently, achieving timelines and goals
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications
• Manage risks and issues with data-driven solutions
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and transition to support teams

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in telecommunications or SaaS implementation roles
• Proven project management experience with leading teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Strong collaborative approach with ownership mindset
• Eagerness to learn and advance professionally

$100,100 – $150,000 annually
