Advisor Development Program - Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee: Pecos Financial Center, Bilingual Spanish required

About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. The Advisor Development Program (ADP) Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I) is part of this organization.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Receive dedicated study time for exams
• Learn foundational skills for being an advisor, including client relationship management and financial advice
• Work in a financial center to deliver core banking, investment solutions, and client care
• Progress to Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) role, transitioning to a local Merrill Wealth Management office
• Build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
• Continue to develop skills and progress within ADP towards becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor

• Confidence in a sales role
• Strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration
• Proactive mindset and effective time management
• Results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests
• Identification of appropriate client solutions through learning and new information
• Applying relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and creating long-term client strategies
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency (desired but not required)

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously
