Role Specifics
- Obtaining Securities Industry licenses with dedicated study time for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams.
- Learning foundational skills for being an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
- Guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Humanizing financial interactions and delivering Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Becoming a licensed ADP Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I and progressing to a Merrill Financial Advisor Development Program- Financial Advisor (ADP FA).
- Building a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients and eventually becoming a core Merrill Financial Advisor.

- Confidence working in a sales role.
- Strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- A proactive mindset and effective time management.
- A results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests.
- Identifying appropriate client solutions using learnings and new information.
- Applying relevant regulatory due diligence in daily activities and creating long-term client strategies.
