About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. This role is part of the Advisor Development Program, where you will start by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses and then transition into delivering Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses and prepare for exams (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Learn foundational skills for being an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
• Work in a financial center to help deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care
• Progress through stages of development, starting as a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I) and potentially becoming a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA)
• Build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
• Grow into a core Merrill Financial Advisor

Requirements

• Comfortable in a sales role
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate
• Thoroughness and attention to regulatory due diligence
• Strong computer skills and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years’ experience in finance or sales
• Experience assessing client needs and building relationships
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
