Role Specifics
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 Exams.
- Receive dedicated study time for licensing exams.
- Learn foundational skills for being an advisor, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
- Guide clients with advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Humanize financial interactions and provide personalized service.
- Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Equip with necessary tools and resources to support career growth.
- Progress through stages of development, starting as an ADP FSA I and potentially progressing to a Merrill Financial Advisor Development Program- Financial Advisor (ADP FA).
- Become a core Merrill Financial Advisor with continued support from the Academy.
