Advisor Development Program - Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee - Frandor Financial Center

About the role

Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. This role is part of the Advisor Development Program (ADP), designed to help you become a Merrill Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Learn foundational skills for advising clients, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
• Deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care
• Work in a financial center to help build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
• Progress through the ADP stages to become a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) and eventually a core Merrill Financial Advisor

Requirements

• Successfully complete Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals
• Comfortable in a sales role, able to nurture strong relationships with clients
• Effective communicator with clear and confident interpersonal skills
• Collaborative and able to work well with others
• Thorough and efficient in managing tasks and time
• Adaptable to new information and solutions for clients
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or sales
• Experience in financial service industry or sales environment
• Ability to assess client needs, identify solutions, and build/manage client relationships
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred

Pay

The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is available on a 1st shift (United States of America) with 40 hours per week.
