About the role
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services. This role is part of the Advisor Development Program (ADP), designed to help you become a Merrill Financial Advisor.
Responsibilities
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
- Learn foundational skills for advising clients, including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships
- Deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care
- Work in a financial center to help build a portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients
- Progress through the ADP stages to become a Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) and eventually a core Merrill Financial Advisor
Requirements
- Successfully complete Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66)
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals
- Comfortable in a sales role, able to nurture strong relationships with clients
- Effective communicator with clear and confident interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and able to work well with others
- Thorough and efficient in managing tasks and time
- Adaptable to new information and solutions for clients
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or sales
- Experience in financial service industry or sales environment
- Ability to assess client needs, identify solutions, and build/manage client relationships
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred

Pay
The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position is available on a 1st shift (United States of America) with 40 hours per week.
