About the role
We are looking for a Business or Process Analyst Advisor to join our team. We are ideally looking for "M-Shaped” Advisors who bring deep expertise in multiple areas along with the ability to connect and collaborate across disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Understand business process and potential areas for improvement
- Communicate requirements effectively to technical and business teams
- Develop workflows, process plans/mapping, perform gap analysis, and define current state / future state
- Experience or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PDCA
- Additional experience with Project Management, Stakeholder, Communication, and Risk Management Plans
- Experience managing Organizational Change Initiatives
Requirements
- Business Analysis experience
- Project Management experience
- Organizational Change Management experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field or 3-5+ years of relevant experience
