About the role
Introduce plan participants to the breadth of Schwab’s Retail and Workplace offerings through a planning-led approach. Provide holistic financial planning, education and guidance to participants of Stock Plan Services (“SPS”) and Schwab Retirement Plan Services (“RPS”) corporate relationship(s) on a team-basis. Act as the “face of Schwab” for corporate clients, supporting participants across a wide spectrum of wealth management needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial planning, education and guidance to participants of Stock Plan Services (“SPS”) and Schwab Retirement Plan Services (“RPS”) corporate relationship(s).
- Support participants as it relates to vectoring the needs of participants across a wide spectrum of wealth management needs, including being able to answer in-the-moment questions and providing point-in-time guidance.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for financial planning and guidance.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to address in-depth, complex financial needs of clients.
Requirements
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required.
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn and explain complicated subjects with a variety of clients.
- Experience, comfort, and confidence presenting 1:1 or virtually.
- A basic understanding of wealth management issues such as: investment planning, insurance planning, retirement planning, equity compensation, deferred compensation, education and family wealth planning, and estate planning.
- A solid understanding of corporate sponsor and consultant relationships.

- Self-starter with securities license.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Passion for serving clients.
Skills
- Ability to explain complicated subjects to a variety of clients.
- Basic understanding of wealth management issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience presenting 1:1 or virtually.
- Knowledge of corporate sponsor and consultant relationships.
