Advertising Coordinator
About the role
The Opportunity: Business of Home is seeking an Advertising Coordinator to work closely with the BOH sales and marketing team to support the account managers in the pre and post-sale process. You will be an integral part of the BOH sales and marketing team, reporting to Kaili Ward, Senior Advertising Manager. This is a full-time position that is currently remote, but candidates must be based in or around New York City. The role requires flexibility to travel as needed and the ability to attend in-person events and on-site video shoots.
Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute weekly campaign performance reports for key accounts.
- Provide analytics data as needed to sellers/advertisers.
- Proactively pitch event photography sales packages, write event recaps, update status doc (and internal doc).
- Post BOH events to Event Calendar.
- Support print production, specifically Designers Guide event schedule. Includes monitoring submissions, creating Guide schedule and adding events.
- Manage “General” and “Subscriber” print mailing list.
- Support podcast bookings process.
Job Qualifications
- Familiarity with the interior design, home, or lifestyle space; a genuine interest and passion for the industry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism for client-facing correspondence.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and a high level of comfort learning new digital tools and platforms.
- Comfort with basic analytics reporting and familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven background in marketing, client communications, community development, and production.
- Hands-on experience with event planning and/or production, including direct vendor coordination.

Pay
Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is between $66,300 and $67,600. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
