Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with enterprise brands, sellers, and agency partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Amazon Ads, providing strategic guidance and best practices.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that improve advertising performance and client retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to ensure client success.
  • Lead client business reviews and performance discussions.
  • Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new clients.
  • Escalate and resolve client issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on Amazon Ads updates, industry trends, and retail media developments.

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE Amazon Ads experience, either directly managing Amazon advertising campaigns or working within Amazon advertising technology (AdTech) platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Advertising, Media, or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and retail media advertising.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with advertising technology platforms, retail media networks, or digital advertising solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay

Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
