Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise brands, sellers, and agency partners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Amazon Ads, providing strategic guidance and best practices.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies that improve advertising performance and client retention.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and present actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Support to ensure client success.
- Lead client business reviews and performance discussions.
- Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new clients.
- Escalate and resolve client issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and communicate market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on Amazon Ads updates, industry trends, and retail media developments.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Amazon Ads experience, either directly managing Amazon advertising campaigns or working within Amazon advertising technology (AdTech) platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Advertising, Media, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, and retail media advertising.
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with advertising technology platforms, retail media networks, or digital advertising solutions preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay
Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
