About the role

This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new primary care practice dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of women ages 12 and older. The incoming physician will play an integral role in establishing a patient-centered, collaborative practice focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and whole-person wellness.

Responsibilities

• Join a newly established Women's Center practice designed to provide comprehensive primary care services for women
• Full-time Outpatient-only position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• EPIC EMR
• Strong referral network and access to AdventHealth's comprehensive specialty services
• Collaborative, team-based approach to patient care
• Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families in a growing community

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Kansas medical license
• Current DEA registration or eligible to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
