About the role

Wisconsin Swim Academy is an elite learn to swim program that provides high quality swim instruction within our community that builds confidence and develops lifesaving safety skills in a student-centered environment. The Swim Team Readiness Coaching position is responsible for easing the transition for swimmers coming from our program, looking to join a swim team, as efficiently as possible.

Qualifications

- Caring and compassion for children - Evening and weekend availability (School Year Shifts Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00pm-8:00pm) - Reliable transportation to and from any shifts and trainings/meetings at either Lawrence Buchanan Kiewit Wellness Center or Wisconsin Swim Academy - Strong communication skills - The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment

Compensation

$17.00 per hour
