Advanced Services Technician
About the role
Ford Office Technologies is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team as an Advanced Services Technician. The work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Medium-level experience managing (Administration of - not just using):
- MSP tools, such as Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM), ticketing system, backup software, etc.
- Microsoft 365 Administration experience, including Entra and Intune.
- Basic administration experience with managing:
- Server technology - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Microsoft Azure or similar Cloud technologies
- Security software, such as Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), web filtering, Managed Detection & Response, etc.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platforms
- Familiarity of:
- Email security platforms.
- External DNS providers.
- Remote access software.
Requirements
- Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks.

- Solid troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of efficient, timely work under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to sustain concentrated effort for high productivity and efficiency.
- Able to accurately follow directions and work with minimal daily supervision.
