Join our Team as an Advanced Services Business Analyst! The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Advanced Services Business Analyst to join our Financial Operations team within Advanced Services & Digital Solutions. In this role, you will support key Toyota customers by managing equipment and financial operations processes that contribute to a positive and consistent customer experience. Working closely with Account Management, Customer Care, dealers, customers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams, you will help maintain equipment records, support billing and asset management functions, develop reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and play an important role in supporting customer success. What You’ll Be Doing Manage equipment records to support asset management and billing processesDevelop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational effectivenessCoordinate and communicate with dealers and customers to support business objectivesSupport quality controls and operational processes that promote a positive customer experienceBuild and maintain reports and automation tools that improve efficiency and accuracyServe as a liaison between dealers and customers to support issue resolutionTrain dealers on financial operations and equipment management processesProvide data-driven insights and support customer business reviewsContribute to process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement effortsSupport customer service activities and help achieve department and company goalsExecute responsibilities independently while maintaining fiduciary accountabilityPerform additional duties as assigned What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience3+ years of professional experienceStrong organizational and analytical skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel What Sets You Apart Experience supporting asset management and billing operationsExperience working directly with customers, dealers, or external business partnersKnowledge of reporting, data analysis, and process improvement methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentContinuous improvement mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Where And When You’ll Work Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person Monday through Wednesday at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely Thursday and Friday.
