About the Role

Keystone Urology, a member of Urology Alliance (UA), is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our expanding clinic in Lancaster, PA in 2026. As part of the nation’s leading patient-focused, physician-led urology network, you’ll deliver superior, individualized patient care while leveraging UA’s robust business and organizational support.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday clinic hours with an outpatient focus
  • Inpatient week every six weeks
  • Optional weekend call: 7 am to 11 am
