About the role
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team in East Indianapolis. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced advanced practice provider with experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- General cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic and hospital rounding
- M–F schedule with one holiday per year and every fifth weekend rotation
Requirements

Qualifications
- Licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
Skills
- Experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings
