Advanced Practice Provider - General Cardiology

About the role

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Sentara Cardiology Specialists at Sentara Norfolk General and Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA. Join a dedicated team of physicians and advanced practice providers who deliver collaborative, team-based patient care and have seamless access to the resources of the greater Sentara network.

Responsibilities

• General Cardiology schedule follows 5 9s; 7:30 AM–4:30 PM inpatient and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM outpatient
• Inpatient duties include history & physicals, rounding, and discharges
• Outpatient duties include seeing up to 15 patients per day on your own schedule
• Call schedule is 1:3 with phone-only responsibilities and no onsite call
• Day off every other week
