About the role

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality healthcare services to patients in remote and rural settings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care and education to promote health and wellness.
• Conduct clinical assessments and make appropriate medical decisions based on patient needs.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant state.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting serving diverse populations.
• Knowledge of American Indian and Alaska Native cultural practices and traditions.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Nursing Education (ACEN).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
