ADVANCED PRACTICE CLINICIAN - PULMONOLOGY HEALTH CENTER-NOCTURNIST NP

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide night shift care (7pm-7am) in a critical care setting, covering 122 shifts per year on a 7 on, 14 off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic critically ill patients in collaboration with intensivists
• Perform advanced airway management
• Execute invasive procedures such as central lines, arterial lines, tube thoracostomy, and dialysis catheters
• Manage vasoactive drugs, insulin infusions, sedation, and analgesia
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current state license, national certification, and prescriptive authority
• DEA license or eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum two years of critical care experience
• Certification in FCSS and formal airway management training required within one year of hire

Schedule

Night shift (7pm-7am), 7 on, 14 off rotation (122 shifts per year).
