About the role
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient primary care in Tucson, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Providing full-scope outpatient primary care practice
- Managing approximately 18-22 patients daily within a 36-hour weekly contact schedule
- Utilizing EPIC EMR system with AI-driven notetaking and Dragon dictation
- Supporting patient care with dedicated medical assistants, onsite lab, and pharmacy resources
- Offering a collaborative environment focused on improving community health and care quality
Qualifications
- Unrestricted Arizona license or ability to obtain one
- National certification through AANC/AANP (NP) or NCCPA (PA)
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
Preferred skills
- Experience with Value-Based Care, outpatient primary care, and documentation standards
- Proficiency in Medicare Wellness visits and EMR systems, especially EPIC
