About the role

As an Advanced Markets Consultant, you’ll provide consultation and training to producers, empowering them to succeed in estate planning, business continuation, retirement planning, and more. Join a dynamic team that blends financial expertise with relationship-building and cutting‑edge market insights.

Responsibilities

• Case Consultation: Partner with producers, wholesalers, and advisors to provide tailored estate, business, and retirement planning solutions.
• Training & Development: Create and deliver impactful training through in‑person seminars, webinars, and workshops.
• Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to maximize product sales (life insurance, annuities, long‑term care, etc.), collaborating across multiple distribution channels.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of legislative and industry changes to identify new planning opportunities.
• Product Influence: Consult with product teams to ensure offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with client needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, estate planning, or related fields.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide consultative support to producers and advisors.
• Leadership skills and attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
• Promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
• Able to work remotely with access to a high‑speed internet connection and located in the United States.
• Able to travel occasionally as business needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

• JD or CPA designation.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance and financial products.
• Designations like CLU, ChFC, or CFP.
• FINRA Series 6/7, 63, or 65/66 registrations.

Pay

Estimated salary: $170,000 - $200,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
