Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II
About the role
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and efficiency. You will work on implementing advanced manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to operational excellence and product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and technology adoption.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and lead corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 3+ years of Engineering type experience.
- 2+ Years' Experience B/P reading including GD&T, M&G code NC programming, experience specifying cutting tools, fixtures, and gages.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies including automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control to drive manufacturing improvements.
- Experience with manufacturing software tools and technologies relevant to process design and control.
Qualifications
- Experience leading manufacturing projects and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Greenbelt certified or knowledge of Six Sigma tools.
- AS9100 Audit Experience.
- Making Manufacturing and/or Design experience.
- Quality and Auditing experience.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
- PCPX familiarity.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Experienced with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Experienced with dispositioning of non-conforming material review.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position is full-time and works standard Monday through Friday hours.
