Responsibilities
- Provide test and manufacturing support for the aerospace electronic production lines.
- Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
- Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
- Support daily production activities and drive producibility improvement projects in a challenging environment.
Qualifications
- YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Product or process engineering experience.
- Experience with electronics, and/or data analysis.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.
- Hands on work ethic.
- Initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.
- Ability to partner and collaborate well with team members.
- Ability to quickly and accurately identify subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream).
- Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.
- Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) / Lean / Six Sigma
