Advanced EMT

About the role

The Advanced EMT role provides basic life support with additional select advanced life support skills during both pre-hospital and interfacility transport to care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic life support with additional select advanced life support skills during both pre-hospital and interfacility transport to care for patients.
• Operate ambulance vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to State protocols and departmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Completion of Advanced EMT course, or equivalent.
• Current applicable state(s) Advanced EMT license.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ambulance Vehicle Operators Certification (AVOC) required within six (6) months of hire.

Pay

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified candidates.
