Advance and Events Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Work with the operations team to travel throughout Georgia to advance and staff events to achieve campaign goals
- Secure venues, supplies, and support in execution of events to achieve campaign goals
- Compile and organize tracking of event supplies, logistics, cross-departmental deliverables at events
- Support staffing plans and staff travel logistics for trips
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Operations Director
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience working on campaigns or within political organizations
- Experience staffing and executing political events, preferably at a large-scale
- Customer service mindset: extremely thoughtful in interactions with stakeholders with a problem solving attitude
- Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time while prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and good follow-through on tasks
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites
- Must have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
Pay
$5,500/month. This position will come with benefits, including dental, vision and health insurance.
Schedule
The role is based in Atlanta, GA and works full time in-office.
