Adult Skills Coordinator

Middlesbrough Community Learning Service is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Adult Skills Coordinator to join our ambitious leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop high-quality adult education that changes lives.

About the role

Working alongside the Learning and Skills Manager, you will lead and support tutors and assistant coordinators. If you are passionate about adult learning and enjoy supporting others to achieve their potential, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support tutors and assistant coordinators
• Manage quality, performance, and curriculum delivery

Requirements

• Experience in managing quality, performance, and curriculum delivery in adult education
• Passion for adult learning and supporting others to achieve their potential

Pay

£39,152 - £40,777
